The Mystery Of Vengeance By Apostle Johnson Suleman

The mystery of vengeance by Apostle Johnson Suleman was the Sunday sermon on 17th September 2023. The highlights of the sermon on the mystery of vengeance by Apostle Johnson Suleman are below. “Vengeance Is God’s Vehicle For Unveiling Himself. Any Time God Wants To Show Himself As God, He Uses Vengeance.  “Vengeance Belongs To God So Anytime You Need It, Take It From God. On Your Way To Your Promise Land Blood Must Flow. In Life And Destiny, To Be Mentally Democratic Is To End Us A Nonentity. In Christianity, Violence Is A Legality.”

In this revelatory sermon “The Mystery of Vengeance by Apostle Johnson Suleman” he explores the biblical concept of divine vengeance and how it plays a crucial role in God’s justice. He emphasizes that vengeance is not about personal revenge, but rather God’s righteous judgment against evil and injustice. By unpacking the mystery behind God’s vengeance, Apostle Johnson Suleman helps believers understand how to position themselves for divine protection, vindication, and deliverance.

1. Defining Divine Vengeance

Apostle Suleman begins by explaining that vengeance is an act of justice carried out by God in response to wrongdoing. He cites Romans 12:19, where God says, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” This passage reveals that vengeance is God’s responsibility, not man’s. It is a demonstration of His righteousness and justice, ensuring that evil does not go unpunished. Apostle Suleman stresses that believers must trust God to execute justice in His own time and way, rather than taking matters into their own hands.

2. Vengeance as a Protective Measure

A key point in the sermon is that God’s vengeance serves as a protective measure for His people. Apostle Suleman explains that when believers face oppression and afflictions, injustice, or spiritual attacks, they can call on God to fight for them. The Bible is filled with examples of God intervening on behalf of His people, such as in the case of Israel’s deliverance from Egypt. In Exodus 14:14, God promises to fight for Israel. Apostle Johnson Suleman encourages believers to trust in God’s protection and understand that divine vengeance is part of His commitment to safeguarding His children.

3. Vengeance Against Spiritual Forces

Apostle Suleman teaches that vengeance is not only against human enemies but also spiritual forces that oppose the believer’s progress. He cites Ephesians 6:12, which reminds believers that their struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual powers. Apostle Suleman highlights that God’s vengeance targets demonic forces that hinder believers from walking in their God-ordained destiny. Through prayer and faith, believers can activate divine vengeance against spiritual opposition, breaking free from cycles of oppression, delay, and frustration.

4. Vengeance and Justice

Apostle Johnson Suleman emphasizes that divine vengeance is always rooted in justice. God’s vengeance is not arbitrary or vengeful in the human sense; it is a demonstration of His perfect justice. He explains that when believers suffer wrongs, they can rest in the assurance that God sees all and will act in righteousness. The story of Haman in the Book of Esther is a powerful example of how God’s justice prevails, as Haman’s plot against Mordecai and the Jewish people backfires, leading to his downfall (Esther 7:9-10).

5. The Role of Forgiveness in Vengeance

Interestingly, Apostle Johnson Suleman balances the concept of vengeance with the call to forgiveness. He teaches that while believers are called to forgive their enemies, they can still trust God to execute vengeance where necessary. Forgiveness does not negate the need for justice. Apostle Suleman encourages believers to release their offenders to God, allowing Him to judge the situation righteously. This attitude frees the believer from bitterness and places the responsibility of justice in God’s hands.
